Biography

Jenelle Mrykalo, a native of Pennsylvania, holds a BFA in dance from Temple University, where she was also a scholarship trainee at PHILADANCO! She has worked with choreographers such as Karen Reedy, Kun-Yang Lin, Milton Myers, Francesca Jandasek, and Marylin York. Her performance career with Karen Reedy Dance and Dancin' Unlimited has included regional and national tours. 

For sixteen years, Jenelle served as the dance director at Flint Hill School, receiving the prestigious Driving Spirit Award. Her dedication to dance education led her to pursue additional training from Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet (CPYB), Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), and Brain-Compatible Dance Education. Jenelle's philosophy is centered on creating an inclusive and positive studio atmosphere, allowing dance to be accessible to all.

Currently, Jenelle is an adjunct faculty at George Mason University and Lasley Centre for the Performing Arts.
