They may be distinguished alumni of the program dedicated to giving back to their alma mater, parents of current students or alumni, or local arts supporters who love dance. Everyone is welcome. Vianello
"At the start of my freshman year, my parents and I made a 19-hour road trip before move-in day. Mason had been my dream school from the moment I toured. I knew my experiences at this school would give me the necessary tools to really prepare me for a career in dance. Being from out of state, I never thought attending Mason would be possible for my family financially. I was so worried that finances would prevent me from receiving an education in dance at the best school possible for me. Receiving a scholarship from the School of Dance truly made my dream a reality. Without the scholarship, I would not have been able to attend Mason and would have been given all the incredible experiences I have been fortunate to receive here so far."
